NO REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICY

All Sales Are Final
At Bessie’s Conjure Kitchen & Metaphysical, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items—no exceptions. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Spiritual tools, oils, herbs, and candles

  • Custom kits, gris-gris bags, and ritual products

  • Readings, classes, and spiritual services

Once a product is purchased, it becomes the sole property of the customer. We encourage all customers to ask questions prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Shipping Policy
We ship orders within 4-6 Weeks  of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the postal service or carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have it resent.
